All students wishing to claim refunds for lockers, book deposits etc must do so by 3:00pm on Tuesday 20th July 2010 at the latest.  After this date we will be unable to refund any money to students for the 2009/10 academic year.

In order to claim your refund you must bring either your original receipt (signed by someone in the department) or a signed note from the relevant department to the SIC counter.  You will also need to have your college ID card with you.

Please note:  If you do not have either your original receipt (signed by someone in the department) or a signed note from the relevant department then you will not be able to claim your refund.  There will be very few (if any) teaching staff available in college to sign receipts after 9th July.
